I like each ingredient separately but, blending them together, makes them even better! A tasty refreshing drink - and good for you!
Ingredients:
4 oz.silken tofu
8 oz.plain kefir
1/2 cup strawberries and blueberries
1 teaspoon splenda artificial sweetener
Directions:
1. Pour 1 cup of Kefir into a blender.
2. Add 1/2 cup of silken tofu and mixed berries.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of Splenda artificial sweetenr or to taste.
