This low everything burger is not low on flavor. Enjoy and know you are eating healthy. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
3/4 cup all-bran cereal, crushed |
1/4 cup barbecue sauce |
1/4 cup water |
1 egg |
salt and black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a bowl or plastic bag, mix the cereal, barbecue sauce, water, and salt and pepper. let the mixture stand for 2-3 minutes to soften the cereal. 2. Add the ground beef along with the egg and mix well. Form into patties and grill until done to your level of perfection. |
