The original version of this recipe coms from Men's Health's Abs Diet. We've modified it to suit our tastes and to accomodate dairy allergies. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 medium onion, sliced |
2 1/2 tablespoons flour |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 cup vegan sour cream |
4 cups cooked egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Brown turkey and onion in a large nonstick skillet. 2. Add the flour and stir until turkey is coated. 3. Add broth, mustard, paprika and sour cream. Stir until sauce is creamy. 4. Serve over egg noodles. |
