Shredded raw cauliflower is the unique ingredient in this really yummy salad! No, it's not a diet recipe! You can vary the amount of the lettuce , 'cause as you can see, it makes a lot! 1 head iceberg lettuce |
1 head red leaf lettuce |
1 head romaine lettuce |
1 package or bunch of fresh spinach |
1 head cauliflower, raw and shredded (watch your knuckles) |
dressing |
1 1/2 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
