Top on fish or chicken kebabs after grilling. Ingredients:
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
6 -8 sliced green olives |
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato |
2 crushed garlic cloves |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons water (or red wine) |
2 tablespoons lemon juice (can add some lemon zest too) |
crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Mix it all together and baste over cooked skewers meat. |
