This dry rub is great on chicken or ribs. It is slightly sweet and works well in the oven during the cold months. Ingredients:
1 cup mild paprika |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 teaspoon red pepper |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix first two ingredients until uniform. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix. 3. You can add additional red pepper to add some heat. 4. Store in airtight container. |
