Jeanine never liked Banana Bread before she tasted Katy's recipe, now she likes it :-)! It is fun to try new stuff in the swap. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 egg |
3 medium bananas, about 1 c mashed (old or frozen work) |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
lemon peel (optional) |
walnuts (optional) |
pecans (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix egg, mashed banana's, veggie oil. 2. Add all dry ingredients: flour baking powder,. 3. Soda, cinnamon, and sugar. 4. Mix well pour into med bread pans. 5. 350 50 minute. |
