My Wife enjoys Turkey breakfast sausage, so I decided to make her some.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons red onions, chopped finely
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
sage
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs, panko style
1/4 teaspoon agave
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
2. Form patties 1/4 of an inch thick
3. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to your pan.
4. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
