My Wife enjoys Turkey breakfast sausage, so I decided to make her some. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons red onions, chopped finely |
2 tablespoons garlic, minced |
sage |
1/4 teaspoon rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 lb lean ground turkey |
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs, panko style |
1/4 teaspoon agave |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl, mix well. 2. Form patties 1/4 of an inch thick 3. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to your pan. 4. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. |
