My mom and I came up with this recipe a few years ago and everyone loves it! Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages at room temperature cream cheese |
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
2 ounces drained diced pimentos |
2 ounces chopped black olives |
1 (1 ounce) package original ranch dressing mix |
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese together until smooth. Add ranch dressing mix and blend well. 2. Stir in cheddar cheese, pimentos, and olives until well combined. 3. Place on serving dish and shape into a ball. 4. Sprinkle chopped pecans on the cheese ball until completely covered. 5. Refrigerate over night for best results. Serve with buttery crackers. |
