Tortilla shell with refried beans, shredded chicken, cheese, salad, yogurt,guacamole and salsa.
Ingredients:
60 gram tortilla
10 gram refried beans
10 gram cheddar cheese
10 gram chicken
10 gram tomato
10 gram yogurt
10 gram avocado
10 gram salsa
Directions:
1. layer mashed beans, cheese, chicken and tomato ingredients on one half small flour tortilla shell, grill on both sides until cheese melts
2. top with yogurt and avocado or guacamole and salsa
