1 bunch(es) vegetables chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix assorted vegetables (squash, zucchini, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) with 1 part olive oil and 2 parts balsamic vinegar. Then place in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Then broil. |
