This great smoothie recipe is from the recipe collection of Bird's sister Kathy. Ingredients:
8 ice cubes |
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
4 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate |
4 ounces 2% low-fat milk |
4 ounces cold water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. 2. Serve. |
