Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) bisquick heart smart pancake & baking mix |
4 ounce(s) cooked ham, cut into small squares |
cooking spray |
1 tablespoon(s) dried parsley |
3/4 cup(s) eggbeaters |
1 1/4 cup(s) fat-free milk |
1/4 cup(s) light butter, melted |
1/2 cup(s) low-fat buttermilk |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
3/4 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese made with 2% milk |
3/4 cup(s) steamed broccoli florets |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350F. 2. Lightly coat a pie plate with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the EggBeaters, milk, buttermilk, light butter, Bisquick, salt, pepper and parsley. 3. Pour the mixture inthe pie plate. Sprinkle on the ham and broccoli and press them into the egg mixture with a spoon. 4. Sprinkle on cheese and press it into the egg mixture with a spoon. 5. Bake for 40-50 min. or until center is set. Let stand for 5-10 min. before cutting. |
