Ingredients:
7 eggs |
1 cup(s) corn oil |
2 can(s) creamed corn, 15 oz. |
1 can(s) green chilies, diced |
2 1/2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
61/2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
2 box(es) jiffy cornbread mix |
Directions:
1. Grease a 9x12 baking pan. Crack eggs. Add oil, corn, chilies and cheese. Mix well. Add sugar and cornbread mix. Stir until combined. Pour in pan and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
