Eggplant and chicken curry Ingredients:
85 grams curry paste |
300 grams eggplant |
50 grams mushroom |
50 grams carrots |
180 grams chicken breast |
1 t. oil |
3 c. water |
Directions:
1. chop vegetables and chicken 2. place all ingredients except rice in a slow cooker and simmer for 1 to 2 hours 3. serve next to rice |
