.This is a recipe that I adopted and have not had a chance to work with it yet. Ingredients:
100 lbs pinto beans |
48 large onions, chopped |
4 cups jalapeno chiles with juice |
40 lbs meat, sausage, pork |
bacon |
4 cups chili powder |
salt |
Directions:
1. Soak Beans overnight, then raise to a bOil on high heat. 2. Add all ingredients and simmer until tender (about 6 hours). 3. Add Water as necessary. 4. Stir occasionally. 5. Winner, 1987 World. 6. Championship. |
