This is my DIL favourite broccoli casserole. I know there are a zillion recipes for broccoli casserole and everyone has their favourite. So basically I'm posting for safe-keeping and quick reference for our family. But if you want a quick and easy broccoli casserole dish, I hope you'll try this one and enjoy. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli |
3/4 lb velveeta cheese, diced |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
32 ritz crackers, finely crushed |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli according to package. Pour drained broccoli back into pan. Stir in cheese and 1/2 butter until melted. 2. Pour into greased casserole dish. 3. Melt remaining butter and stir in crushed Ritz crackers. 4. Pour cracker mixture over broccoli and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
