This brilliant blue Kate's Ring cocktail was inspired by the sapphire diamond engagement ring that William gave Kate. Here's a toast to the lovely couple and may all their dreams come true! Bling- bling....Ching-ching!! Created by Bar Director Dennis Grant, from Ceia Kitchen+Bar, Newbury, MA. Cheers! Ingredients:
3 1/2 ounces , bombay sapphire |
1 1/2 ounces , st. germaine elderflower |
1 ounce blue curacao |
1 ounce cointreau liqueur or 1 ounce triple sec |
sugar |
1 ounce mionetto sparkling prosecco |
Directions:
1. Shake and Strain.
2. Rim Martini Glass with Sugar (the diamonds ) and float 1 ounce of Mionetto Sparkling Prosecco.
