This is my biggest go-to dish for St. Patrick's Day parties! Also my most requested recipe... So easy & delicious! Ingredients:
2 (2 ounce) packages corned beef (sliced deli meat, diced) |
2 cups mayonnaise |
2 cups swiss cheese (shredded) |
1 cup sauerkraut (drained) |
1 loaf miniature party rye rounds (loaf of mini rye bread slices) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Transfer to oven-safe dish and bake, covered, for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. (May also be microwaved for about 5 minutes on high.). 3. Serve with the Party Rye bread. |
