Such a great start to the morning! Ingredients:
1/2 banana, frozen |
1/2 cup strawberry, frozen |
1 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
1 tablespoon flax seed, whole |
1 tablespoon bee pollen |
1 tablespoon wheat germ |
2 probiotic capsules |
Directions:
1. Blend flax seed and oatmeal until well blended. 2. Add fruit, milk & the remainder of the ingredients & blend well. 3. Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy! |
