Such a great start to the morning!
Ingredients:
1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup strawberry, frozen
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon flax seed, whole
1 tablespoon bee pollen
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 probiotic capsules
Directions:
1. Blend flax seed and oatmeal until well blended.
2. Add fruit, milk & the remainder of the ingredients & blend well.
3. Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy!
