Ingredients:
2 cups yoghurt (500 ml) |
3 tablespoons raisins, washed and dried (60gms) |
2 walnuts, shelled and finely chopped |
1 tablespoon caster sugar |
2 tablespoons hot water |
8 pieces saffron, soaked in the hot water |
Directions:
1. Place yoghurt in a bowl. 2. Whip it well with a wooden spoon. 3. Add all the ingredients to the yoghurt. 4. Serve chilled. |
