Ingredients:
8 ounces emmenthaler cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (or swiss or gruyere)
6 hardboiled egg, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon caraway seed
greens, for serving (lettuce, spinach, etc.)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except greens and mix well.
2. Serve on a bed of greens.
