A delicious cole slaw. Cook time is chill time. WW 2 pts Ingredients:
4 cups cabbage, shredded |
1 carrot, grated |
3 cups skim milk |
3/4 cup light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon sugar |
4 tablespoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. Put shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a large bowl. 2. Whisk together milk, mayo, sugar, and vinegar. 3. Pour over cabbage. 4. Stir well. 5. Let chill for about an hour at least. |
