From Southern to the Core a beautifully presented cookbook received from BusyMomof3 in the 2011 Cookbook Swap. Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese (package) |
10 ounces orange marmalade (1 jar) |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
Directions:
1. Pull cream cheese straight from the fridge, unwrap and place in the centre of your serving plate.
2. In a separate dish, stir together your marmalade and horseradish and pour the mixture over the cream cheese ande surround with crackers.
