My lovely newlywedded niece Karin, explained this recipe to me when I told her what my schedule might be like this fall. It sounds easy & yummy enough to submit. Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce, of choice |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Marinate the chicken in the BBQ sauce in the fridge during the day. 3. Put chicken in baking dish & bake for about 1 hour. 4. Top with cheese & bake another 5 minute until cheese is melted. 5. Serve it up & enjoy! |
