Ingredients:
20 ounce(s) ground turkey |
1 onion diced |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) dry mustard |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs |
3 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard |
Directions:
1. Sauteed the onions -then add it to the ground turkey with the olive oil they cooked in. Combine with the rest of the ingredients (other than the prepared mustard). 2. * Once the meatballs are made, put a tiny bit of wet mustard on top of each meatball (this time it was French's but you can use any kind you like). 3. * Cook under the broiler in a 400 degree oven on the second rack - not right under the flame. Turn halfway. cook for 15 minutes. |
