This roast comes out very tender, as it cooks for a long time. Ingredients:
4 lbs chuck roast |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
4 -6 potatoes, peeled and quartered |
1 small bag baby carrots |
12 ounces chili sauce |
3/4 cup water |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Set Oven to 350. 2. Season Roast with spices. Bake 30 Min, turn over and bake 30 Min more. Add Potatoes and Carrots. Mix together Chili Sauce, Water, Brown Sugar, pour over roast and vegetables. Cover and bake 2 hours. |
