Ingredients:
1 cup(s) broccoli |
1/2 cup(s) chopped mushrooms |
2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley |
2 tablespoon(s) minced garlic |
1/4 cup(s) minced white onion |
2 cup(s) red potatos |
1/2 cup(s) red wine |
1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt |
32 ounce(s) vegetable broth |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingrediants except garlic and red wine and bring to low boil, add chopped broccoli and quartered red potatos lower heat and simmer 20-30 minutes. Pour into fondue pot add red wine and garlic heat five minutes. 2. Serve with meat and vegetables of your choice |
