Oh, this chunky creamy dip is so delicious. Let it sit at room temperature before serving so you can just dip it, otherwise it is too firm. Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
5 ounces green olives, drained and chopped |
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, green onion, bacon, olives and Tabasco sauce; blend well. 2. Chill. 3. Serve as a dip or form into a ball. 4. Serve with wheat crackers. |
