Another wonderful recipe from Karen Tapovatz!! Ingredients:
2 heads lettuce, torn apart |
1 (4 ounce) bag radishes, sliced |
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
2 medium onions, sliced thinly |
2 (16 ounce) cans green peas, drained |
1 (8 ounce) bag carrots, sliced |
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1 dash lemon juice |
Directions:
1. mix together mayo, sour cream and lemon juice. 2. lay down each layer starting with lettuce and ending with mayo sour cream mix 3. refrigerate overnight. |
