Ingredients:
1 5 # beef brisket |
2 tablespoon(s) black pepper |
1 tablespoon(s) catsup |
minced garlic to taste |
1 teaspoon(s) paprika |
2/3 cup(s) soy sauce |
1/2 cup(s) vinegar |
Directions:
1. Press pepper into brisket. Place in roasting pan. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, paprika, catsup and garlic. Mix well and pour over brisket. Marinate, covered in refrigerator overnight. Bake, covered with foil. |
