Found this one today when I had a sweet tooth attack on Ingredients:
1 large package chocolate sandwich cookies (oreos or hydrox), crushed. |
1 8oz. package cream cheese. softened |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 cup powdered sugar |
3 cups milk |
2 packages (i guess the 4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 carton (12 oz ) size frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Put half of the crushed cookies in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan
2. Cream together the cream cheese, butter & powdered sugar.
3. Add milk, pudding, vanilla & whipped topping. Blend well
4. Pour mixture over crushed cookies and top with other half
5. Freeze or refrigerate until firm.
