from This tastes better as it mellows. Ingredients:
2 cups ranch dressing |
1/2 cup salsa (pace mild picante sauce is good) |
1/2-3/4 teaspoon ground dried chipotle powder |
Directions:
1. Put salsa in food processor and puree about one minute with steel blade. (Could use a blender or immersion blender.).
2. Add ranch dressing and ground chipotle and process 30 seconds more, or until well combined.
