Nice, especially if you're on leave from pork ;) Ingredients:
5 -8 lbs turkey breast |
5 tablespoons liquid smoke |
1 head shredded cabbage |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place turkey in crockpot and cover half-way with water. 2. Add seasonings then cook until tender and falling off the bone. 3. Remove meat from bones and place meat in crock pot with cabbage. 4. Simmer in crockpot for 4 hours. |
