8 ounces kahlua pork |
3 ounces cheddar cheese |
3 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese |
1 scallion |
1 tablespoon cilantro |
Directions:
1. Fire grill 2 fresh made flour tortillas -. 2. apply 3 oz. cheese and 8 oz. Kahlua pork to the bottom tortilla -. 3. then -. 4. top with 3 oz. cheddar/pepperjack cheese,scallion,and cilantro. 5. fire grill both sides of tortilla until cheese is melted and golden brown - . |
