Easy way for a touch of Hawaiian flavor. Ingredients:
4 -5 lbs pork butt |
2 cups apple cider |
1 tablespoon kosher salt |
1 teaspoon liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Put Pork Butt or Shoulder in Crock Pot. 2. Set to low. 3. Add Apple Cider (Non Alcoholic). 4. Add Liquid Smoke. 5. Cook 9-10 Hours. 6. Shred Pork. 7. Salt to taste. |
