2 lbs ground turkey (organic if possible) |
1 bunch kale |
1 onion |
2 garlic cloves |
salt & pepper |
olives or coconut oil, for sauteing |
Directions:
1. Chop the kale and saute' in oil. Dice the onions & garlic and add it to the kale. Using a hand blender or food processor, blend ingredients until well combined. Add ground turkey & mix well. Form into patties and grill or pan fry. Serve on a bun or over a salad. |
