This wonderful recipe would be great if hosting a lot of people for dinner! Ingredients:
1 bunch of washed, dried, and shredded kale |
1/2 head of shredded savoy cabbage |
1 (15 oz) can of drained garbanzo beans |
5 cubed yukon gold potatoes |
2 pork chops |
a dash of salt and pepper |
3 tbsp. of pimenta moida (portuguese hot chopped peppers) |
1 medium chopped onion |
3 cloves of minced garlic |
4 tbsp. of olive oil |
1 lb. portuguese chourico(broken into large chunks) |
2 (15 oz.) cans of drained kidney beans |
Directions:
1. Add olive to a pan over medium flame. 2. Saute garlic until tender. 3. Now add in the choirico, beans, potatoes, and then the pork chops. 4. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste, and then cover with water. 5. Add a lid and boil until potatoes are tender. 6. Now after potatoes are tener, add the Pimenta Moida(with a pinch of more salt and pepper.) 7. Let this boil for a couple of minutes, then add kale, cooking for about 5 min. 8. Serve! |
