Whole Foods. Ingredients:
2 bunches kale leaves, very finely chopped |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Place the kale leaves in a serving bowl. 2. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder and salt. 3. Pour over kale and toss to combine well. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving. |
