Kale, Portobello, & Onion Sautè |

Winter can get a little dreary. Enjoying plentiful greens can liven up any meal. The vibrant green adds color to any meal. Ingredients:
2 portobello mushrooms, sliced |
1 small purple onion, sliced |
2 cloves garlic, diced |
1 large bunch of kale or other green (mustard, collard, etc.), ribbed & roughly chopped |
tbs e.v. olive oil |
2 tsp soy sauce |
a dash of bragg liquid aminos or liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. add olive oil to skillet over medium low heat 2. add onions then garlic, sautè until beginning to soften 3. add mushrooms 4. dash the soy and bragg's (or liquid smoke) onto the mushrooms 5. add kale and cover pan for 2 or 3 minutes until kale is wilted and vibrant green |
