A delicious way to eat this super food. These are so good you can eat them like popcorn. Your kids will love them! Ingredients:
6 cups kale, stem removed cut into small pieces |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 110°C. 2. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. 3. Place all ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Shake until each piece of kale is coated with the oil and salt. 4. Place the kale pieces on the baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, turn the pieces, bake 10 more minutes. 5. Enjoy! |
