Vegetable Stir Fry in a white wine sauce. Ingredients:
6 cups chopped kale |
12 oz. cannelini beans |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
2 cloves garlic |
2 cups shitake mushrooms |
1 medium onion |
1/3 cup white wine |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in pan. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic a few minutes later. Cook until onion is translucent. 3. Add mushrooms and then white wine. 4. Add remaining ingredients and cook through. |
