A deliciously salty dip that goes well with pita chips or focaccia. Also tasty as a spread or rolled up in prosciutto. Ingredients:
8 ounces kalamata olives |
8 -16 ounces blue cheese |
2 large garlic cloves |
2 tablespoons pine nuts |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
8 ounces cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients, except cream cheese, in a food processor until olives are finely chopped. 2. Add cream cheese, process until even blended. |
