30 large kalamata black olives pitted and finely chopped |
2 cloves of garlic peeled and minced |
1.5 tablespoon of capers drained and finely chopped |
1.5 teaspoons lemon juice |
3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil |
3/4 teasppon anchovy paste |
fresh cracked black peppers |
french baquette diagonally sliced and lightly toasted |
1 container of freshly slivers of parmesiano chesse |
Directions:
1. combine olives,capers,galric,lemon juice,oil,anchovy paste and balck pepper. mix well and refrigerate. 2. perfect for party snack.. enjoy it with a glass of ouzo or pernod |
