another variation on the traditional tapenade
Ingredients:
30 large kalamata black olives pitted and finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic peeled and minced
1.5 tablespoon of capers drained and finely chopped
1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
3/4 teasppon anchovy paste
fresh cracked black peppers
french baquette diagonally sliced and lightly toasted
1 container of freshly slivers of parmesiano chesse
Directions:
1. combine olives,capers,galric,lemon juice,oil,anchovy paste and balck pepper. mix well and refrigerate.
2. perfect for party snack.. enjoy it with a glass of ouzo or pernod
