A delicious Olive Dip served best with warm, crusty bread. Ingredients:
1 cup pitted kalamata olive |
1 pinch black pepper |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 garlic clove, peeled |
3 -4 leaves fresh basil |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Rinse olives well and drain; check for and remove any remaining pits. Combine olives, pepper, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor or blender. Process until well blended. 2. Add mayonnaise; pulse just until combined. |
