Kalamata Olive Dip

A delicious Olive Dip served best with warm, crusty bread.
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted kalamata olive
1 pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, peeled
3 -4 leaves fresh basil
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Rinse olives well and drain; check for and remove any remaining pits. Combine olives, pepper, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor or blender. Process until well blended.
2. Add mayonnaise; pulse just until combined.
