Try this creamy olive spread on cucumber slices, fat-free crackers, or thin, toasted French bread slices. Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup finely chopped pitted kalamata olives (about 16) |
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley |
2 teaspoons minced fresh basil |
1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
