Ingredients:
1 small cucumber |
1/3 cup (3 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese |
6 chopped pitted kalamata olives |
1 garlic clove, minced |
12 slices party-style pumpernickel bread |
Directions:
1. Cut ends from cucumber; score cucumber with a fork, leaving alternating strips of green and white. Slice very thinly. 2. Combine cream cheese, olives, and garlic; spread evenly on bread. Arrange 2 slices cucumber over olive spread. |
