2 tablespoons olive oil |
6 pork chops |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup kahlua |
1/3 cup pineapple juice |
1 cup pineapple chunk |
1/4 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops in oil. 2. Mix liquid ingredients together and add to skillet with pork chops. 3. Add pineapple and pecans and cook until sauce begins to thicken a bit. |
