Ingredients:
1 (2 ounce) can instant coffee |
2 cups boiling water |
4 cups sugar |
1 pint brandy |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine instant coffee and boiling water, and stir until dissolved. 2. Stir sugar into coffee mixture over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved. 3. Cool. 4. Add brandy and vanilla. 5. Bottle and let set 1 month. Liqueur thickens with time (not thyme, time!). |
