Ingredients:
4 small, firm ripe bananas (about 1 1/4 pounds), peeled |
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules |
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
3 tablespoons reduced-calorie stick margarine |
1/4 cup kahlĂșa or other coffee-flavored liqueur |
1 1/3 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt |
Directions:
1. Cut each banana in half crosswise, and cut each piece in half lengthwise. Set banana pieces aside. 2. Bring water to a boil in a large nonstick skillet. Add the coffee granules, brown sugar, and margarine; reduce heat to medium, and cook until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Add banana pieces; cook 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from heat, and stir in KahlĂșa. Spoon over frozen yogurt. |
